- 2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- 3. Choose the specific item(s) for return and provide a reason.
- 4. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time for refunds is typically 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, we'll refund the full amount including any delivery charges.
4. Exceptions
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page are not eligible for return.
- Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned unless there's a quality issue.
